Halaxy Platform
I utilize Halaxy, a secure and confidential clinical management system to record all consent and intake forms. A link will be sent to your email before your first appointment with all the relevant consent and intake forms for completion before your appointment.
Payment Options
Payment will be required on the day of your appointment and can be paid through eftpos (tap & go) at the end or start of your appointment for any in person appointments. For online or telehealth appointments, a secure link can be sent to you for you to enter your payment details. Alternatively, you can also use Halaxy’s payment system
which securely saves your credit/debit card details & automatically debits payment.
Cancelations
Things come up & cancelations happen, but please where possible give as much notice as possible, this allows that time spot to be offered to someone else & also helps me to manage my time efficiently. If less than 24 hours notice is given or the appointment is not attended without any communication prior there will be a cancelation fee of up to 80% of the session fee.
Psychologist Registration
As part of being a registered psychologist in Australia, psychologists must be registered with the national registration board: the Psychology Board of Australia, which is part of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). This ensures that psychologists are held to a standard of competence and adhere to a strict Code of Conduct. Further to this I am also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) which further equips psychologists with resources and latest evidence based practice. if you have any questions around my qualifications or background please let me know.
